Eat Better Beef.
Our cattle are born, raised, and finished on our farm without grain, sub-therapeutic antibiotics, or synthetic growth hormones. We love the whole process from breeding and calving to finishing and taste-testing steaks so much that it is worth the extra effort.

Our Mission
Provide locally raised high quality beef for reasonable prices.
Antibiotic and Hormone Free
Our cattle are born, raised, and finished on our farm without grain, sub-therapeutic antibiotics, or synthetic growth hormones. We have chosen to have both a cow-calf and a stocker enterprise because we feel that we can raise animals that are better adapted to our land and grazing system than anything we can buy.
Hay & Custom Bailing
Custom bailing services offers top quality forage at an affordable prices. Making our own Illinois hay, we take pride in our product as an efficient feed source.
How to Properly Cook Grass Fed Beef
For many beef enthusiasts, a grass-fed steak tastes the way a good piece of meat should: rich and earthy. Because of the difference in texture and flavor, you will need to take a few extra but easy steps in the kitchen to make your meal the best it can be.
Our Farm
The Quinn family has been farming since 1983. They have humble beginnings in Northern Wisconsin and in 2013, they moved their farm to the Campton Township area.
Meat Processing
We take our animals to a Federally Inspected processing plant that has been in business for more than 50 years. They provide a comprehensive array of processing services.
How to Buy
We offer custom hay and meat orders. For local delivery or pickup at our farm. Contact us to learn more on how we can help you.
